Taste Dunoon Food & Drink Festival - Stall Application
Please complete and submit the information below to book a marquee stall for the Taste Dunoon Food & Drink Festival on the 25th & 26th July 2026.
Charge per Stall: Stallholders will be charged £100 plus VAT for the whole weekend attendance. Stalls will be open to the public from10-5 both days.
Stalls: Each marquee stallholder will be provided with a 6 ft x 2 ft wide table plus a chair.
Power Requirements: Power can be supplied to a limited number of stalls at an extra cost of £15 + VAT for the two days. Please indicate requirement in the form below.
Terms & Conditions
- Once approved, stallholders will be invoiced (via Mrs Mac’s Books – Dunoon Presents book-keeping partner). Invoice payment will be due by the specified date on the invoice.
- Bookings are not refundable for cancellations within three weeks prior to the festival due to the limited number of stalls available which are in high demand.
- Stallholders must provide their own tablecloth/covering which must reach the floor to ensure covering of any boxes or bags you may have under your table.
- Vendors must attend both full days between 10am and 5pm. Setup of the stands must be completed by 9:30am on the Saturday and takedown must take place after close at 5pm on the Sunday and not before.
- It is normal for new vendors to be contacted by Argyll and Bute Council Environmental Health, this is likely to be via e mail regarding confirmation on food safety certification.
